Pixel Art Night
I do a little Art Night with my friends to improve at art, we give each other a limited amount of time (mostly 15 minutes) to take a reference image and create a piece. These are some of my pixel art ones.
15 minutes in. Unfinished but I was quite happy with the direction it was going.
Landscape Reference, a filming location from The Lord of the Rings.
Due to the lack of shades used in the reference I was able to mostly finish within the 15 minute time so I made a gif out of it.

Whereas I'm happy with the detailing I managed to convey, it sadly looks like Gandalf's stunt double named Randalf. Happy with it none the less.

15 mins in, I was very happy with the lighting on this one, I think if I spent more time to finish it I could push it to be one of my favourite pieces.

I wanted to do this in a pixel art style that would lend itself well to a point and click adventure game.
